ATLANTIC RECORDS UK COMPETITION RULES

1. The closing date for entries is 31/08/09. No entries will be accepted as eligible after midnight on this closing date.

2. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before you enter this competition.

3. Only one entry will be accepted per person for this competition, and this will be the first entry received. The Top Sharers indicated on the Hi Scores -section will compete for the top 10 prizes (http://sharethevirgins.com/hi-scores.php).

4. The competition prizes are as follows:

• 1st prize: 1 x trip to European location for 4 including flights and accommodation to see The Virgins perform live
• 2nd prize: 1 x a signed guitar by the band
• 3rd to 5th prizes: 3 x customised t-shirts by the band
• 6th to 10th prizes: 5 x signed albums

5. The competition is open only to European residents.

6. The prize winner will be drawn at random from all the correct entries and will be contacted by in writing by Atlantic Records UK.

7. Only the winners will be contacted personally.

8. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternative. Once prizes have been allocated and despatched they cannot be transferred. Atlantic Records UK reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

9. Atlantic Records UK does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Atlantic Records UK shall not be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

10. Deeming an entry void is at Atlantic Records UK's absolute discretion.

11. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Atlantic Records UK, any person directly or indirectly involved with Atlantic Records UK or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.

12. Atlantic Records UK's decision is final and binding in every situation including any not covered in these rules and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Atlantic Records UK reserves the right to cancel or change this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in Atlantic Records UK's opinion.

14. Prizes unclaimed after twenty eight (28) days following notification by Atlantic Records UK will be deemed to have been forfeited and Atlantic Records UK reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.

16. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

17. This competition and the rules of the competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This competition is void where prohibited by local law.
